bet the flop, bet the turn, check the river.
(or possibly bet/fold the river)
No one showed any strength, you may have the best hand, you can probably take the pot, and not give free cards.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Meah blind stealing and defense is less important at very small stakes IMO, I really didn't have to implement much of that theory very often at the correct tables till I hit 2/4 and defiantly 3/6...
At 1/2 I remember playing SSH and crushing the game, and not playing many “lines” to try and get people to muck there hands because they wont, shit they hardly ever do at 3/6 sometimes the river when they brick…
Really IMO 1/2 and down you’re ok playing SSH by the book 2/4 depends, 3/6 I would remember basis but you really need to learn how to play blinds well… suggestion learn how to play blinds well at 1/2 or 2/4…

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

There is a difference between stealing and value betting. Typical poker theorum dictates when a game is loose-passive, you tighten up on bluffing and semi-bluffing but be more liberal in valuebetting.
