I posted this in a thread in the High Stakes section, but I thought it was deserving of its own discussion:

EV Stats by pocket cards and position:
http://www.pokerroom.com/games/evsta....php?players=6

This is based on every hand dealt at pokerroom and skins. It is therefore not math based, but based on actual data collected over millions of hands. This is the expected value for an average player in the game.

2p2 Starting hand chart for shorthanded games:
http://www.darksun.lunarpages.com/poker/#resources

The starting hand chart I don't recommend as a tool for your play of hands as much as a tool to understand the range of hands your (mostly good) opponents hold based on their preflop actions. That being said this is by far the closest chart to what I would consider the "default" actions for shorthanded play.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Doesnt those pokerroom hands include bad players playing marginal hands in the wrong spots so the Ev numbers will be off?

i think it inclouds ALL players at a perticular level they used... unless they used ALL levels then these numbers would be real off, i have been trying to find one based on math...

I think it's interesting that almost any two suited cards showed some +EV from the button.
