Maybe raise the flop and lead the turn? Loses a small bet most of the time, saves two big bets some of the time.

He raised from the big blind. This usually represents an unusually strong hand. If he has AK, AA, KK, or JJ, he will pay you off nicely. Also, this is a very cooridinated board. If he has a flush draw or straight draw he will also pay you off (thought not quite as nicely).

With such a wide variety of hands that will raise you, I bet/raise/reraise as much as possible, leading every street. Also, because of the highly coordinated board, you really don't want to give free cards. In addition, people at 2/4 don't expect such strong aggression on the flop when you flop the nuts. They expect you to check/call the flop and check/raise the turn with a hand like this, so your play is very transparent. If you bet the flop, they will certainly not put you on a straight, making them even more likely to pay you off.

EDIT: If I've been bet/raising all the way through, and get raised on the river when the T falls, I just call the raise; at this point you are likely splitting to Qx or losing to AQ.

I would checkraise the flop and bet out from there. Great flop... for now. The problem is if an A,Q, or T hits you have a lot of players in the pot and probably are chopping (did you split this pot?), or at worst losing to the nut straight. Also, there is a flush possibility which would cripple you. Although it looks great, your hand is actually quite vulnerable and you want to make people pay for the draws that can beat you.

Nice hand.

It doesn't much matter how you play it. I think your line is fine, although worse hand will tend to be more inclined to play back at you if you get something started on the flop.
