I came to the conclusion that my hand was either calling or folding because I can't justify a 3bet with a T high flush kicker.

PokerStars 1/2 Omaha/8 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, T, 7, 9.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (4.50 SB) J, Q, 6 (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls, Button calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 7 (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls, Button calls.

River: (8.25 BB) 3 (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 raises, MP2 calls, Button folds, Hero cries and... Calls/Folds

when is it right to lead OOP with 2 sets of draws? nut draws? other than that, just check/call?

I think it is correct to lead with draws on a few occasions: drawing to the nuts, wraparound str8 draw, or a nut lock on the low or the high with draw to the other end

I probably wouldn't lead into a field of players with this hand. If you were up against one or two players that weren't extremely loose (that is, they are limping in with low cards), you can bet the flop and probably pick up the pot, but against several loose players, it's too likely you get called by a better made hand or better flush draw. I would not bet the turn for basically the same reason.

As played, I would check and fold if there was any sort of moderate action behind me. Why are you betting? You have a fairly weak high hand and no low, which means you're virtually never scooping when you get called, but you're often getting scooped. Having bet, you can't call the raise. Realize that your pot odds are cut in half since at least one low hand is probably out and so you can only win half the pot.

In general, I try not to get too involved without nut or at least very strong two-way hands in this game.
