A lot of the times when you I lose my TPTK or sets to the flushes I get . But sometimes when those sets become full houses and the flush also completes, its party time
------------------------------------------------
Hand 1:
Is raising pocket 10 from EP a good idea ? i have won some pots with 10's but have lost some big ones where i played them aggressively only to have an overcard show up on river and beat my pp. Anytime 2 overcards come, i lay it down right away

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T, T.
UTG calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, CO calls, 1 fold, SB calls, 1 fold, UTG calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 8, T, 2 (4 players)
SB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, CO calls, SB folds, UTG calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 2 (3 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, CO calls, UTG calls.

River: (13.50 BB) A (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, CO raises, UTG folds, Hero 3-bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 19.50 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Td Ts (full house, tens full of twos).
CO has Qd Kc (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins 19.50 BB.

------------------------------------------------
Hand 2:

I 3 bet the flop thinking BB is on a flush draw not on a flush already. the turn made my cards safe. If the board didnt pair on the turn, then go into a check call mode till the river even if another of flush suit comes on the turn right ?

However, sometimes it has become very expensive for me when i get squeezed between 2 flush draws or one flush and one nut flush draw and they raise and reraise and i keep calling hoping for the board to pair. is that bad play ? I am 4:1 to make it by each street and with only 3 people no odds ??

Yes...All day everyday...and twice on Sunday
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Sweet Jesus yes. First hand is perfect.

In the second I'm raising preflop to exploit the equity edge. The turn looks like a perfect place for a check/raise.
