I have been getting cold called with more frequency recently and it is pissing me off because it is limiting my position moves post-flop. Ex. I am in MP, raise first to act or to isolate, and a 70% passive fish cold calls me. Flop gives me overcards. When checked to me, I have been defaulting to a continuation bet on the flop to buy the button for the turn, but the coldcaller has been calling me again, with a piece of the flop or with a draw, leading me to believe that this move may be -EV against this type of player.
What is your strategy in this situation assuming a 3 way flop with one of the blinds or an EP player?

I go for a continuation bet on the flop, and if it's just called down I base my decisions on the players and the amount of players left. If there's one player left, I bet out the turn if the person is likely to fold. If more than 1 player remains, I give it up on the turn unimproved most of the time... The turn is the place where you're likely to be raised off a bluff as opposed to the flop

Often a table change. Fail that, I slow down a bit, over-limp more and play fit or fold.

Bet flop, then check down if you don't improve. That's how I've improved on minimizing the amount I lose when I miss my overs.
