First off, fold preflop. You got to start tightening up a bit, You didnt play this at .25/.5, theres no reason to play it at 1/2.

Secondly, this is what i was talking about. You are going too deep into the hand with nothing but horrible cards. You're facing a bet and a raise here, for two bets, KJo isnt good anywhere. So, Fold the flop. I've done the 3-bet before for the free card with hands like AKo, but usually even if you hit your outs, you're dominated. I do believe this is a sympton of a downswing. You just get fed up with losing so you raise, its happened to me plenty of times. This is the unseen side of tilt, calm down.

You got lucky 1) because the other guy folded. 2) the flop wasnt capped. and 3) because you hit your King.

I'm putting the other guy on A7 or something, giving him TPTK on the flop, so if your Ace hit, you would be pwned.

Finally, this pot is so small its not worth the money really to get that involved.
