Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, 7. CO posts a blind of $5.
4 folds, MP3 raises, 2 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 3, 7, Q (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP3 bets, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (5 BB) 8 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP3 checks.

River: (5 BB) 5 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 folds, SB folds.

Final Pot: 6 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has 4c 7c (one pair, sevens).
Outcome: Hero wins 6 BB.

I think they are just two hands close together...the latter it looks like Jeff scared him out.

I agree with fnord about the 3 bet. Get it heads up, shut ot the small blind. Its the only way to take control of the hand out of position. Leading this flop just calling the raise will scare away any broadway or junk raisers though.

These 5/10 players are pretty weak tight, a lot of them if they didnt hit the flop, then they leave; very few of them see the river.
