You're drawing to a 7 and it looks like one of them will have an 8 by the river.

5th probably just check and call, I see no reason to bet. Folding 6th is terrible.

Check-raising the river might be best.

That was pretty much my thought as well.
Also since it is an Sng and seat 5 is short stacked he is totally commited to the hand, so even if he pairs on 5th he still has to bet it

I agree, check-raising is probably a better line then betting
