this was my first time playing razz...can anyone tell me if i just got lucky or if i made a good play by just calling when my 2nd 4 came(i knew i was ahead in the hand)
Chris was left with about 400 in chips after this hand but i got switched to another table so didn't get the honor of busting him

On 5th you're drawing to a 2 (-1), 5 (-2) maybe 7 or 8. Jesus caught really good with his Ace, threatening making a better hand with the (nut) wheel draw showing. The Limp RR looks kinda donkish and probably potstrikes both of you anyway. On 6th you catch perfect. Hard to tell where Jesus improved as the 3 hole cards might be shuffled on showdown by the site, but it looks like he caught really good and showed you a lot of respect by just calling.
Seems reasonable from both sides. Razz is a simple, but swingy game.

Limp Re-Raise
Pot-struck - Having so much money in the pot that you must call with any reasonable chance to win (and be less inclined to raise.) Happens a lot in stud/razz.

k thanks..thats sorta what i figured
i don't think i limped though...if it was brought in for 50 and i completed it to 150 isn't that the same as a raise? and then i raised his reraise?

Well you see, Jesus is a bit down on his luck recently....couple of bad beats...you know how it is.
Actually, if a celeb endorses the site, they pay the celeb to log a certain number of hours into their site every month. For some of that, I think the star can play what he/she wants, at other times they specify certain games or tournies.
They're really trying to attract the baseline customer that is excited about playing with his/her favorite star in the freeroll or on the 1/2 tables or whatnot.
