I'm finding that, so far in limit, I'm having a much easier time reading my opponents and putting them on a range of hand.

I used to play NL religiously, but took some time off when I left school and entered the real world (poker paid my tuition/rent/bills for a while). When I came back a year or so later, the NL game had changed drastically, and I couldn't walk all over people like I used to. The BASIC understanding had risen such that it was much harder to get a decent read on opponents.

So far, I've found limit to be nearly as fishy as NL used to be. As well, I feel like limit is a good place for me to relearn the game...hopefully, returning to NL when I rebuild my BR.

epic, we are in exactly the same position. limit is where the fish are, imo, now. the only ones i see at a limit table are either "predictable"/solid, or really dumb fish. less popular = softer, imo. why do you think so many are heading over to Omaha?

anyway, no offense, but dont overplay mid-pair horrible kicker oop. nice suckout, but bad hand.

wanna kill it at low stakes? read this...

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!
