1st i need to say i have no experience with it.
i am looking for a good rakeback deal on 2+2 forum. I have received too many different offers, i am confused. Some affiliate offers 55% and another 30% ?!
Last received offer contains this.
Quote:
Important:
There are some good and some bad affiliates out there, take your time, compare and read all the offer also between the lines. Some of them might be empty promises!
Also please take the following into consideration:
iPoker rules do not allow any higher cashback through VIP programs then 30% plus selling player points. Any room offering you more might be banned in future, same goes for instant higher VIP offers. There are some threads in 2+2 where you can read about this, probably noIQ and Chili will receive a ban again, noIQ was already banned once. - Take this into consideration!

Is it true or 55% is possible ?
Guys, you have much more experience, can you give me an advice ?
Many thx

Depends on the site/network really, a lot is possible. I will pm you with the best rakeback deal I have (Ongame network).

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

lance, i will hit you up with one, too. but, you really need to take your time here. they can vary from site to site. and, by site, i mean the ACTUAL website....not the poker site itself.
the poker sites will "advertise" a rakeback % and the "affiliates" will honor that amount. but, there are two terms you need to know the difference between above and beyond all else, imo. those terms are "dealt rake" and "contributed rake."
dealt rake means you will get credit for, and a % of, the total rake generated PER hand that you were dealt cards for. this is independent of whether you saw a flop, went to showdown, or won the hand. if a hand generates $1 in rake and there were 10 players dealt cards, you ALL receive credit for 10% of that dollar....or, one dime. you will then see your % of that credited towards your rakeback account.
contributed rake means you will only get credit for the rake YOU generate by actively playing a hand. if you put money in the pot, you are "contributing" to the rake, and will see your % of that money (divided by the number of players also contributing) accumulate in your rakeback account.
some affiliates will vary on their integrity, payout schedules, bonus offers (like referral programs and rake races), among other individualities. so, THIS is where you need to do your research. however, i have found that most are on the up and up.
anyway, that will get you started. i'll pm the rest.
