Id raise the turn. More likely he caught two pair than he's pumping his flush draw.

And I'd like to charge UTG 2 bets to see the river.

Bet turn to see where you are at. River bet for me would depend on what he did to the turn raise.

Raise the turn and call down a 3-bet. It looks like he made his hand on the flop.

So his 3-bet on the flop suggests that he's not on the flush draw? Had he just called my flop raise, w0uld you have changed your thinking? Once the 3rd spade hit and he lead out with a bet I didn't know how to read it. I figured if he was on anything other than a flush draw he'd go into check/call mode out of position here with two to act, which is why I went into call down mode myself. If the SB didn't have the flush I figured UTG to have it since he called 2 bets on the flop.
Turns out the SB was betting his set of 6's hard. It just never seems to occur to me to think about how a set would behave.

He lead out against your cap, raise the turn.
If he just simply called the first raise and then led out the turn, raise the turn.
Addendum: Just read your last post after I typed that... so keep that in mind

That's how I play my flush draws... because 3 handed I have equity to jam the pot. I'd also lead after I made the flush too. But you bet I'm raising in that spot with a straight.

At these stakes, many people won't be so aggressive with a flush draw, being oblivious to the number of people in the pot. There are many hands that play this way ... any 2pair, any set, the occassional dumbass with A8 or K8. Don't forget that any player who would jam the pot with a flush draw would also jam the pot with a spare 7.
The presence of another player in the pot makes this decision easy. As long as UTG is along for the ride, you should be raising at every opportunity. That extra player means double the profit when you win and means if he stays in you only need to win over 1/3 of the time for your bets to be profitable. Also, if UTG is on a draw and is willing to call any amount of bets on the turn, you will get so much money in the pot that if he misses his draw but hits top pair/two pair/set or a smaller straight (he was a poster so could have a hand like 84 or 43), he will very likely call a SB bet on the river and possibly a SB 3-bet too.
Jamming the pot with more than your share of pot equity is crucial to making big money at limit. The more people who are willing to come along for the ride with weaker hands, the less pot equity you need to be aggressive.
