KTs in the BB at a loose/passive table.

3 people limp into my BB and I'm sitting with KTs.

This is 2/4 limit, 6 max. Do I raise or check here? Which move maximizes my EV and why?

Since KTs has a positive but not large EV, and since you'll affect your winnings adversely by raising preflop, I'd tend to just check it unless the table is loose and passive AND people play poorly postflop
