Posting this only because I was abused so hard after the hand and figured I should see if it was a donkey play or not.
I have no problem with my call preflop to defend, the question is regarding the flop cold-call. My thoughts were that I have an open-ended to the nuts (barring a club falling) and an over and it was currently going to cost me 2 SB's with 9.5 sb's in the pot, though with the original bettor still to act. Assuming I do have equity to make the call here, would I still have it if it were capped before getting back to me after I had put in 2 sb's?
From the turn on the hand plays itself but it did leave me wondering about that flop call, from a non-results point of view.
