I call flop. I've found min-ish raises to often be the goods. I usually go into calling mode at this point. If he's 1/2 PSB turn I might call, if he PSB I probably fold.
Also, the pot is pretty small at this point and you're not dominating much so you shouldn't be excited about stacking off.

Flopping bottom set is not always good in this game. I try to keep the pot small but after he pots it again you are most likely against 666 or QQQ.
I think folding and finding a better spot is a smart play.
