I am recently playing 6max limit, mostly 4 tables of 0.50/1, and I came across a player which I find pretty weird. Have a look at his position stats:

Now of course this is nowhere near a sample size, but this guy is making profit in the blinds? Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't you supposed to lose money in the blinds? How the hell does that work? I have to admit I find him pretty uncomfortable to play, he is betting and raising without regard of his hand, though he tends to fold to checkraises and caps, if he doesn't have the goods. I checkraise my monsters against him, and also tend to call down with marginal hands, and that seems to work, I am pretty much even against him. Still he gives me a headache. Any hints on how to play against him, and more importantly, how the hell is he winning money in the blinds?

Your sample size on him is tiny. Over that period he could easily be running -7bb/100 and you wouldn't be able to get a decent handle on him.
Also he's very laggy. Try and get the seat directly to his left (so he's on your direct right) and play tagg preflop against him, 3-bet for isolation etc.
Playing this way naturally induces more variance, so if you don't feel comfortable against this guy HU for a majority of your hands, then finding a different table would be a good choice.
