I would really like if we could put together a preflop strategy for LHE. I'm just starting to play LHE and would like to get my preflop strategy worked out, been playing SNG's so far. I'm going to post what I've picked up till now, please correct me if I'm wrong. If there already is such a post like this, please point me in the right direction

AA,KK,QQ,JJ,TT,99,88,AKs/AK,AQs/AQ
Raise from any position, if no one has raised in front of you.
AA,KK is of course worth reraising with.

A2's,A3's,A4's,A5's,A6's,A7's, A8's,A9's
Limp from late position, hoping to flop flush/flushdraw and play the flop according to pot odds.

77,66,55,44,33,22
Limp from late position, hoping to flop trips.

What should I play if someone has raised in front of me?
Suited connectors: What suited connector should i play? And from what position?

If you're picking up limit for the first time, get SSH.

Read it like a hundred times. Then you'll know more than just what cards to play preflop.

It's not my first time at limit, but is my preflop strategy a wining strategy?

If you search around, 2+2 has a pretty good newbie "chart" of what to play where. Its a good place to start, but the sooner you understand the 'why' of whats where, the better off you'll be.

Its not "bad" its not "good" - a lot of things come into play that decide which cards are profitable at a given time.

Just fold a lot.
It you can't possibly bring yourself to fold, raise.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
