4 handed Party 5/10

I have AJo UTG and raise
Solid player folds
Calling station who I've maybe seen raise once and post-flop has only been raising very strong hands 3-bets from the SB.
Kinda LAggy guy who had been getting out of the way when the calling station shows aggression caps from the BB.
I fold...

preflop, if i open, and it's two more bets to me by the time it gets back around to me, i go into "cold call" mode.

would i cold call with AJ off utg - no. even 4 handed - probably not.

good fold and smart play, especially with those reads.
i hate what i have become to escape what i hated being...

When described the way you layed the hand out, it seems like a perfectly logical play.

good laydown. if the betting is capped, you are clearly behind with AJo.

reminds me of this poor girl who got caught w AJo between my QQ and two other hot hands. she kept calling until it was capped, then went to showdown because she caught an ace.

she lost to my QQ which lost to KK.... which lost to AA!!!! friggin UB...

Full table this is a no-brainer. Just thowing this out there because 4-handed it was a closer call. Without reads I think I have to call here...

Actually, I think since it's 2 bets to you it's a clear fold even without reads. You are getting 5:1 to call, right? or 6:1...

Gotta figure you have 2nd best hand or worse.

I think the odds are good, but what kinda of flop are you hoping for?
AJX? JJX? About 1 in 2000. (Nurse! Math check!)

I think if you're SOOTED call, because of the nut flush possibility.
