Bet less than full pot? My thinking was that I wanted to charge a player with the nut flush draw or a set the maximum to draw to their hands. Also, I'm not completely comfortable with postflop play in pot limit Omaha, so I was leaning more towards trying to take it down immediately, rather than potentially making a costly mistake if another diamond were to hit or if the board were to pair. Opinions?

Yeah I dunno. If you bet the pot, the nut flush draw comes anyway. Might as well make them pay to see the last 2 when they're behind. I play it the same

Yeah, most of the time, Ill play it that way too since the pot is already nice enough. Once in a while in a multiway pot you can bet 25-30$. A lot of time, the nutflush draw will raise you and then you can reraise allin.
Or you can look like you have top 2 and get potraised by a set or worse.

KoRnholio will become famous soon enough
A slightly smaller raise wouldn't be so bad, since the nut flush draw really only has 6 outs (you have 2 diamonds and the Qd gives you a straight flush).
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Is this HI or 8?
I imagine it's irrelavent in this hand. I think this is the only way to play it. A set has a 33% chance of filling up by the river. There is no smaller bet to make. In fact, given the size of the pot and the amount of villains, even this pot bet can't really price out the chasers, say, if the set was on the button and there was a caller in between.
I am very new to omaha, but this play is tricky for me too. Having the temporary nut straight.
For this reason there are two other plays i've experimented with in this scenario. One is checking and then raising over a bet, which given the size of the preflop raise can come close to putting players all in. \
The second is checking/calling any bet, and then betting the pot on an absolutely blank turn. I don't know if this is weak or effective counterplay while holding the temporary nuts.
But I agree, anything less than a pot bet would be pointless.
