Many times i dont know how to play in small pots (unraised).
I hope example below is small leak (if it is).
PokerStars Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Preflop: Hero is BB with 2 , K
3 folds, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks
Flop: (2.5 SB) 9 , 10 , 8 (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls
Turn: (2.25 BB) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds --->> poor odds to call
please consider playing Heads Up and villain as:
1. Tight player passive
2. Tight player aggressive
3. Loose player - passive
4. Loose player - aggressive
5. unknown
Would you c-bet the turn ? i fold too much in spots like this.

The flop hammers his limping range but you do have odds to call the turn. Don't forget you have an overcard with your FD and implied odds if you hit. That's 12 outs and you're getting more than enough to call.

would we consider 2barreling as a semibluff? i usually do, but not here. that turn is a brick and not scary at all. plus, we have implieds to call here...given we can lead rivers we hit, and 3b the flush if villain raises his flopped straight.
so, 1-4 i will play the same. i really dont think player types change my plan here because i am looking to connect with a river and b/c the K or b/3b the flush. since we c/c turn with odds, i c/f bricks to all 4 types, too.

yes, it keeps your draw heavy hand at one bet in case he DOES have you beat at the moment. unless, you have a read that you have a good bit of FE here, i'd keep it at one bet and c/f the river if i whiff.
you cant really get your return from 2 bets, imo, if you dont have a great chance of folding him off.

NOOOO!
Not against this passive/weak-ass! Give him a chance to fold. The flop isn't gr8 for you, but at the same time, your K-high also may be good.
Bet against THIS player!
