6 handed

Hero is BB with Jd9d
UTG folds, MP calls, CO raises, BN folds, SB calls , Hero calls, MP calls

Flop (8SB): QcTcAd
3 checks, CO bets, 3 calls

Turn: (8BB) 3s
2 checks, MP bets, CO raises, SB folds, Hero folds, MP calls

Hand 2:
Hero is Button with KcJs

2 folds, CO calls, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls

Flop: (6.5BBs) Ts5d4c
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets, BB folds, CO calls

Turn: (4.25BB) Jh
CO checks, Hero bets, CO calls

River: (6.25BBs) Ad
CO bets, Hero calls

Should i be able to fold this river, the are now just two hand I feel that beat me, Aces up and KQ. I think I should be able to fold it. This is a .25/.50 game meaning I dont think the CO here has mastered the art of donking the river scare card.

These might just be standard, they might be pretty bad but I am just getting back into 6max and I am having trouble figuring out where I am in these types of pots.

Both are fine. Hand 2 you just kinda, "if ya got it ya got it. " and cry call.
<Staxalax> Honestly, #flopturnriver is the one thing that has improved my game the most.

I agree, both are fine.

But I would have absolutely no problem if you folded the river in hand two, unless you definitely think your opponent is tricky. The pot is not real big. But it is big enough that a decent tricky opponent would know you will could make a crying call on the river for one more bet. It is not a great spot to bluff, so it would have been a little silly of him to do so.

I would try to fold this against most straight forward players. But since the pot is not real big, it could go either way depending on your read, or lack there of. I think this call has to be on you, and your read on the players style.
