I would like to post my stats for my last 20,000 hands. But I am not sure how to get the stats inserted from poker tracker to this poker forum. I see others have done it. So any advice would be appreciated.

Renton will become famous soon enough
 press the print screen button and then go to microsoft paint and go to edit: paste. Then save the bmp and post it.

Ill be a bit more detailed for you..

Press the "Print Screen" button.
Then open Microsoft Paint, and go to edit paste.
Use the crop tool (rectangular box thing) and select the part you want. Go to edit and selectcut.
Then go to file/new to make a new window, and go to edit -> paste.

Now back up to file/save as. Save it as whatever (but remember where), but please do us a favor and switch BMP format to JPG format (from the dropdown box). Then hit save.

Now navigate to www.imageshack.us, find the file you saved and upload it there. It will spit out a few lines. Copy the first line into a new post here, with an appropriate title.

Think I covered all the bases there :]
