I guess I misread this hand. I think I played it pretty well. I put my opponent on overcards. Didn't think he would have pocket kings, queens, or aces. Maybe a combination like KingQueen, AceKing, or even AceJack (though the last one's unlikely). I didn't put him on pocket 9s and I paid the price. Looking back at it I should have just called him down when a jack didn't show up on the board. But my jacks looked real good when they were higher than any card on the board. Also I know I should have folded on the river when the King came up, but I was just so pot commited at that time.

And All-in...
Yeah, there's a lot of cards he could have and play the flop like that: AKs --> 99. Seeing that he caps 99 PF, he might even have other hands like 88, 77 -- but capping the flop with a holding like that seems too much.
You lose to AA, KK, QQ, 99 -- split with JJ -- win vs TT, AKs, AQs(?) and maybe 88, 77.
I would probably just call down the turn raise unless the guy's rockish and wouldn't play a draw that hard - thus reducing my possible winning hands to TT.

I remember my reply to your first post here:
"99 is a hand some people will put 3 or 4 bets into preflop."
And as Zinnsoldaten pointed out, you'll also occassionally run into people who will go overboard with lower pocket pairs like 88 or 77.
However, a preflop cap by a typical player from late position in a multiway pot against a preflop checkraise often means AK,JJ,QQ,KK,AA. Against some opponents add AQ,AJ,KQs,88,99,TT to the mix.
When he raised the turn when the turn card probably couldn't have helped him with a draw, I would have put him on QQ, KK, or AA, and (if you weren't all-in at that point) go into call-down mode for the rest of the hand (even though you are probably beat, you win often enough to make the calldown to the showdown profitable with that many bets in the pot). Based on your comments though, it seems like this was the course of action you were planning on taking anyway.
Also, as a side note, I don't think JJ is strong enough for a pre-flop checkraise here unless you had a read telling you rayofdeath would probably raise your call with almost any hand. Otherwise you run the risk of letting the blinds very cheaply outdraw you. So I'd open-raise here with JJ.

You PF limp-raise is definately your poorest play here. JJ is not a hand that I can see doing this with. AA or KK on an aggro table I might do it to try and trap a few for more bets. but with JJ you have to lead out with the raise.
On a side spot. I dont think you played terrible overall. I agree that you got your money in on a good hand with a non-scary board and I couldnt see not getting it in.
Make sure you have at least 12 BBs every time you enter a hand. I could see simply check calling the river if you had enough money to do so if your J doesnt fall.

Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

The open limp from the cut-off is pretty horrible. You should raise a wide enough range so raising with even AA/KK in this spot is to avoid infomation leakage.
Given how aggro most online games 3/6 or 5/10 and bigger get, I can't see open limping as correct outside of UTG/UTG+1 at a typical 10 handed table.
The rest of the hand looks ok given how aggro that game gets and weird people get when close to all-in.
