Still trying to sort out some PF situations in PLO.

Don't have the HH's but look at these few examples.

Situation 1
$25PLO-5handed eff. stacks $30
Really no reads except the table has been limp-happy with very little PFR.

Hero is BB with AdQhJdJh

UTG calls, CO calls, BTN calls, SB completes, Hero?

Is this an autoraise? Full pot if so?

Situation 2

5handed $25PLO Eff. stacks $30
BB seems sane and is pretty decent postflop, likes to c/r...
I have like $15 behind, villian quite honestly has to have KQ here 80% of the time and Q8 the other 20%. Do we think he can fold to a push? I hate checking and being shown KQ. I don't know if there could be a better bluff card.

Hero is Button with :Ad: :As: :Qd:

2 folds, Hero raises to $.85, SB folds, BB calls

Flop (~$1.50)

:Td: :Jd:

BB checks, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls

Turn (~$4.50)

BB checks, Hero bets $4.50, BB raises to $13.50, Hero calls

River (~$31.00): :Jc:

BB checks, Hero feels like pushing....

Being out of position sucks, so I'd just make a small pot building raise. making it 3xBB to go seems to work nicely. Cheap enough that if you don't hit the flop that hard, you might be able to take a card off cheaply, but not so much that you feel tied to the hand.

This is a bluff that I will sometimes make (against nittier players) at 100 or even 50PLO, but most people at 25PLO just don't fold ever. Check and hope you chop or that he check-raised with bottom 2 pair/idiot end straight (though this is unlikely).
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I have no 25 PLO experience. but i'll reply based on how i'd play at mid stakes (200 or 400)

hand 1 I usually check. No point pot-raising and having to fire the first shot on the flop. Also sux to get reraised by an AAxx and you're totally dominated and probably have to fold and don't see a flop

hand 2 is bet bet bet that river... your line is consistent with a set and a diamond flush draw that backdoored. Unless I have a read on villain as a calling fish or he's tilting, u gotta push

No reason to bet #1 OOP, for reasons stated. I really don't like to bet PP at all early, and have better results betting only suited connectors, under the idea that if I get RR preflop with on overpair to mine, i'm a huge dog, but i'm in fine shape with suited connectors. Also, people just usually don't put you on medium rudowns when you pot OOP, for some reason, so implied odds are huge.

#2, I would not bet that river IN PL $25. Higher stakes, its read dependent. This is terrifically -EV at the stakes you play. Just nutpeddle and draw with odds, and you can win money. The fact that you recognize this play is fantastic, save that knowledge for when you bankroll is bigger and you are playing PL100+. Additionally, I don't think you can even raise him full pot here anyway, right?

I have no problem building a pot in with AQJJ double suited since you'll hit so many flops. If you raise here, don't bluff the flop.
