TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
Assuming he has some idea of how to play his call on the flop and raise on the river can mean he either hit trips or some sort of a very strong draw, I would play it same

really nothing else you can do, at this level I'm sure players are stacking-off with weak holdings, because of this 2nd or 3rd set are probably stronger than they are in the 50-200plo games that are pretty nitty.

At this level people value their hands as if they were playing holdem. You are probably ahead but you will have high variance here.
