I just started playing a little PLO after reading the section in SS2. I think I may quit, because it's just nut peddling.
Preflop, yeadh, I tihnk you can complete for .02! It's probably a fold elsewhere, or fold to a raise.
I think you need to flat call the turn raise because of the freeroll possibility. Actually, I think this might even be a fold! Any club, plus anything that pairs the board -- all bad river cards.

I think turn is either fold(due to the implied threat of the flush) or push to make the backdoor flusher pay.

The lowest levels, yeah you pretty much have to nut camp when 10 people see a flop. The fact that 4 cards x 10 + 5 (board cards) is 86% of the deck in play makes it so.
But as you go up in stakes, the sophistication of the game increases. Plus there's no better feeling than reraising all in on the flop with a wrap straight/flush draw against a guy with the top set

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Lead the turn with a pot-sized bet and smooth call any re-raise. Then hope the river doesn't bust your nut straight by bringing a club or a paint. There's no point trying to get all the money in with that kind of board, because any club, jack, queen, or king potentially hurts you, and aces and tens may result in a split. In short, your hand is super-vulnerable to all kinds of draws, and you're probably already splitting, so this is not a "raise until your stack is gone" situation.

dont get it all in here, you split most times here and probably lose a stack maybe one in four one in five times if your against a nut straight with flush redraw. If you had a flush redraw j+ id have got all the money in here but you dont so just call the reraise.

Looking again at this I think a flop fold is ok as well.If your hand had been A2sAA(nut low draw and top set) or A2sAKs(nut low draw and a potential flush/straight draw) or A2KQs (nut low draw and nut flush draw/straight draw) or hell A2sK4s (nut low draw with counterfeit protection and flush draw) I would see a reason for pounding the flop otherwise this is a marginal hand at best dominated at worst.
