25-50PL.

I don't have any histories, but it doesn't matter. I cannot stop paying off the suck bets on the river. Typically, I flop a set, bet/raise get called.

Obvious draw completes on turn or river.

Similar situation if I have the NF and board pairs.

Usually the pot is not big (10 BB) and I face a 5-10BB bet. I need to be ahead 33-50% of the time and they ALWAYS HAVE IT.

God, why can't I fold!!!!!! Especially if the turn goes check/check.

Bad NLHE instincts! Bad!

I know the feeling. Lately, the more I have moved away from nutcamping to worse I have been doing. There don't seem to be too many villains that bluff the river often enough to make those kind of calls.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I don't play much omaha, but I've dabbled the past two days; I've noticed the same thing and your post confirmed it. This is H/L, but I'm pretty sure this was a good fold (no reads, it was my first orbit) :

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha/8, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP3 ($4.80)
Hero ($24.65)
Button ($16.55)
SB ($13.20)
BB ($28.20)
UTG ($42.15)
UTG+1 ($23.65)
MP1 ($16.45)
MP2 ($20.10)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, K, K, 3.
UTG calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP1 calls $0.25, 1 fold, MP3 calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1.50) K, 3, 9 (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets $1.25, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $1.25, MP1 folds, MP3 folds.

Turn: ($4) 6 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $3, UTG calls $3.

River: ($10) 8 (2 players)
UTG bets $10, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $20
If I had a hammer
I'd drop in the morning
I'd drop in the evening..

Last night was my breaking point with PLO, the game just has too much variance.

I was 3tabling and got in all-in on the flop with these equitys within 5 minutes of each other
55-45
52-48
45-55

Lost all 3, could have easily won all 3, but the fact is my play was fine and that's the biggest edge I could find. The game is just too swingy and I feel that the only exploitation I have consistently found is in opponents PF decision making.

I'm gonna drop down to 25PLO and rework my game but it will be tough as I am really concentrating on NL now.

Often that is the way it goes. When all the money goes in on the flop you will very rarely be in great shape (say 2-1 or better), unless it's set over set. Using position to steal small and medium sized pots is quite important. When I am running good it's usually because I am making good reads and stealing more than my share of those orphan pots.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Yes but stealing orphan pots generally subdues the rake.

All I am saying is the games on PS/FTP were much more difficult than I was expecting. Couple that with moving up in stakes as I switched to those sites meant I was no longer killing the game, in fact I was a marginal loser.
