better players than me around here but I think these all seem fine; hand 1 I think you don't want to blow out 4x or flushes and of course plenty of hands beat you.
hand 2 I think flop bet is fine, especially since you want to be able to call bets on the turn when there are many, many bad cards to come. I'd rather raise Hand 4 pre than Hand 3.

note - i started at 1/2 so no experience at the level.
1) bet flop, rest is fine. 442 much better board for you but even then you're never happy getting stack in with no reads. People will call much wider than they will bet on this board. If they bluff raise you out, good for them.
2) good, like you said you're betting almost pot with your whole betting range here on flop. continuing on turn def an OK option as well
3) it's cheating not to go broke here a bunch learning PLO
4) super close pre, just starting out I don't mind this but unless it's a tough table I'm pumping this pre, you almost can't end up in a hard spot post. After that I would probably fold if both As didn't give you the nuts, but since they do I guess it's OK. I don't think you ever give up much folding in multiway pots when you can't raise/bet when you hit. This would be a terrible spot to 3 bet.
5) I'd either keep the lead or give it up, terrible implied odds, hand is face up. You probably won't even get paid if you hit an A. CR is better than c/c here imo.

Hand 4: What hands can I comfortably take a bet bet bet line? Top 2 and better? My hand?
Hand 5: If I cbet flop should I ever go for value again on blank turns? Whats the plan for the rest of the hand once I cbet?
Lets say board is J72 rainbow instead. Cbet flop seems standard but how often if ever can I get more value?

4) mostly you'll want NFD + pair or wrap + FD hands on this board
5) I'd probably check every turn, and only call (potsizeish) bets when you hit a spade. if spade goes check check then bet the river.
If it's J72r I would assume they have T98x and charge them on bad turns, then you would c/c river assuming it is safe.
