Full Tilt Pot-Limit Omaha, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

CO ($10.15)
Button ($25)
SB ($51.55)
BB ($24.35)
UTG ($22.30)
Hero (MP) ($71.15)

Preflop: Hero is MP with , , ,
1 fold, Hero bets $1.75, 2 folds, SB calls $1.50, 1 fold

Flop: ($4) , , (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4, SB calls $4

Turn: ($12) (2 players)
SB checks, Hero

This looks great until the turn card makes a possible straight. Do I just check the turn and fold if the table doesn't pair?

I would bet / fold unless the raise is small. Your hand is probably best and you charge flush draw / pair and straight draw combinations. Always needing the nuts to continue betting in these spots is a really transparent way of playing.

swiggidy will become famous soon enough
To have a straight he needs AQxx, so either he had AQJx, or the flush draw, I would expect a decent player to raise these hands. I think KT, KJ, QJ (maybe with flush) are all just as likely as is TT.

I think you can b/f since you're not getting paid if the board pairs and if he has the flush/2pair he'll call the bet and maybe you'll gin the river.

rpm has a spectacular aura aboutrpm has a spectacular aura aboutrpm has a spectacular aura about
often i think i would check here thinking "there's no value in betting here as we have all the pairs crippled and he only calls with straights" BUT c/c is worse than b/f i think because we get some value from flush draws and can assume we are not getting bluff raised on this board (whereas we might be getting bluffed if we check)

So bet pot but then fold to a raise for the rest of his $51.55 stack?
