No reads on villain except that he bought in short, which makes me think that he will be playing too many hands and taking them too far. Thoughts?

Probably better to lead the turn to make CO react to both of you - if he had called it's tough to know if you should try and isolate or not. Also if raises you can get out of the way.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
I dont think I raise the turn here, I dont see him folding and he is probably paying you off anyway if you hit, since most of his stack is already in the pot
