You're way too loose pre-flop with offsuit broadways. Actually, you rather suck pre-flop altogether...

Hand 1: Fold pre-flop, post-flop is ok. Wow these guys really suck!
Hand 2: Fold pre-flop, call the flop. Turn + river are fine.
Hand 3: Fold pre-flop, 3-bet the flop. Good laydown on the turn.
Hand 4: Fold the flop, you have 3 really dirty outs. Raising here is better than calling. Dang, these guys suck.
Hand 5: Fold pre-flop, bet the flop, bet the river. As played, I'm tempted to call the turn because the pot is small.
Hand 6: Bet the flop, check calling with such a small pot is bad. Bet the river.
Hand 7: Fold pre-flop
Hand 8: Don't open-limp from MP. Reaise pre-flop. Folding to MP3's raise is silly.
Hand 9: Open-limping from the CO is horrible. Raise the turn.
Hand 10: Cold calling sucks. The flop call is pretty bad too.
Hand 11: I've just been calling in this spot pre-flop for a few reasons I'm too lazy to get into, but raising is fine. Post-flop is fine.
Hand 12: 3-bet the flop and lead the turn. Particularly with a flush draw out, no cheap cards!
Hand 13: Fold pre-flop, raise the flop, call the river. This hand is really bad.
Hand 14: Well played.
Hand 15: Check/fold the flop. Bluffing 5 .5/1 players is an exercise in futility.
Hand 16: Raise the flop and proceed. Not bad.
Hand 17: Fold the flop
Hand 18: Fold pre-flop until you learn how not to suck, fold the flop too while you're at it.

It means what I said. You need to do a lot of reading on how to play pre-flop. Unlike No Limit, in limit you can not make up lots of lost pre-flop value post-flop.

You're playing a tricky/expert position that's marginally profitable even for the best of us.

hmmm i wonder if 2 out of 18 is a good start by Fnord's standards

don't worry jbmagic, it's good to plug up mistakes early than fix them a couple months down the road

It's hard to go too wrong starting with Abdul...

http://www.posev.com/poker/holdem/st...lop-abdul.html

Just use his opening standards table. I could nit-pick about it, but it's pretty darn good. Don't worry about his open-limp/open-raise/limp-re-raise stuff. Just open-raise against the online lemmings, worse hands will cold-call and 3-bet you. When you get to 15/30 online reconsider.

SSH has some really good pre-flop advise too. Use the "tight" table.
