Stakes?
Full Ring or 6 max?
What do your typical opponents play like?

Overall:
You don't defend your blinds enough
Not sure how your VP$IP looks a tad high, unless you're over-limping
You fold too much post-flop
You should be raising a far wider range on the button

Read Beating Tough Hold'em Games. They give a bunch of ranges and talk about stuff like always 3-betting from the SB and how to play it post-flop. Stuff I wish I'd had when I played 6-max.

Most full ring guys don't steal enough, so probably cut out a few hands without a read. Just beware that there are guys who get really out of line on the button in full ring because most of the field is so darn nitty.

Isn't beating tough holdem games a book geared more towards high stakes games ?

It's geared towards playing against aggressive opponents in 2-3 way pots. Certainly relevent for just about any online 6-max game and games at any stake when the game isn't very good but you're holding out for improment or a table change.
