The last hand that should be winning but has been a disaster for me is JJ. I've gotten 11 of them, and am at -0.65BB/100. I had four truly disasterous ones:

Hand One:

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (8 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Silverfist is CO with J, J.
3 folds, MP2 calls, Silverfist raises, 1 fold, SB calls, 1 fold, MP2 calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 4, T, 4 (3 players)
SB bets, MP2 folds, Silverfist raises, SB calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) 4 (2 players)
SB bets, Silverfist raises, SB 3-bets, Silverfist calls.

River: (11.50 BB) 5 (2 players)
SB bets, Silverfist calls.

Final Pot: 13.50 BB
Main Pot: 13.50 BB, between Silverfist and SB.

Hand Two:

Hand 1: Standard, with a read I might cap the turn.
Hand 2: I would cap the flop and see if MP2 still wants to lead the turn.
Hand 3: I'm tempted to both raise and fold the flop. Silly big pot, yada, yada, yada...
Hand 4: Need a read to cap pre-flop. Bet the turn you sissy.

I don't understand all this you post 4 hands but don't post the results of the
hands. (or so it appears).
Whats the point in that?

I'm not sure if you are being serious... but just in case you are. Getting better at poker is about the decisions you make, not about the results of individual hands. He was simply looking for feedback on how he played the hands, not on what happened in the end.
