Here's the deal:

I'm sure everyone felt like this sometime. I've been having a couple of bad sessions loosing allways TPTK to trips, trips to flushes, flushes to full houses... You now the story
Just to make things "better" I just lost KK to AA and AA to JJ with a floped J.
It happens all the time, I'm aware of it.
My main problem is not the actual events, since they will ocur more often than not, but the effect it's having on my game.
I'm playing lower limits, less hands and less agressive because I'm allways afraid of being beaten.
How do I deal with this? should I go down in limits until the money lost is irrelevant? That would make the money won also irrelevant
I think that in order to play good one must be fine with loosing, but it's getting more and more dificult to do so.

First of all, what limit are u at? IMO, going down in limits is not the way to go if you absolutely know you are making the right decisions, but just not getting the results. I am sure EVERYONE on this board has had one of those nights where no matter how many times they hit TPTK or their set, they still manage to lose, usually to some idiot who had no business being in the hand to start with, but these idiots are also our source of money, so you really just have to roll with it, avoid tilt, and just have patience. One thing that would really help though is to concentrate on reads. Pay close attention to who is in the hand with you. Are your oppenents likely to call you all the way to the river with garbage, or will they only go to showdown with the nuts/near nuts? Do they fall in love with two suited cards or an Ace rag? If they obviously suck, and it takes the river to save them more times than not, chalk it up as bad luck. Even horrible players have streaks of luck. Stay aggressive and don't always expect the worse, as much as your brain might be telling you to!!
The possibility of physical and mental breakdown is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

I play 1/2, 2/4 and as of now .5/1
I don't tilt. The problem is the oposite. I even could say I "untilt". Play less hands, with low agressivity. Almost too tight, too passive.
The question with the limits is because a loss of 100bb can not have a BIG impact on my bankroll. If it's a big deal lossing 100bb, even in separate sessions, I'm sure after 50-60 I will play too cautious and that's bad.

Sounds mostly like your brain is playing tricks on you, or you have leaks in your game. Personally I subscribe to the 40BB rule, at that point I don't care how disciplined you think you are, your subconscience is taking over. I'm sure more than a few people on this board would disagree with me on that but, I hear good players say all the time "I don't tilt" but just watching them play, its obvious they do. You can tell yourself whatever you want, but getting that small part of brain to listen is the tricky part. Thats my thoughts at least, take them however you want.
