This guy has been in pretty much every pot since I've sat down, he's reloaded and rebuilt a stack with some horribly loose play. His current stack was the result of a 3-way preflop all in with him having JJ93 single suited against KK64 double suited and 9TJQ single suited.

He likes to semibluff and push people off hands with as little as top pair and some backdoor/2 pair outs. Here is part of one hand I saw where he was heads up against a rock:

hand1

----- TURN ----- [9c 4d 3d][7h]
Madmav: bets $30
harmonix: folds
trawangan: folds
Secrets: raises to $120
Madmav: calls $90
----- RIVER ----- [9c 4d 3d 7h][9s]
Madmav: bets $6
Secrets: calls $6
----- SHOW DOWN -----
Madmav: shows [4h 6h 7c 8h] (Two Pairs, Nines and Sevens, Eight high)
Secrets: shows [6d 5h Qs Qc] (A Straight, Seven high)

In another he bet pot/called my all in reraise with trips and a low back door flush on the turn against my obvious straight (board was 78Jx).

I've also seen him bluff fairly big on the river after missing his draws:

Hand2

dealt to Sux0r [Jh 8d Tc As]
Madmav: raises to $2
Sux0r: calls $2
harmonix: calls $2
kiffy: calls $2
folkforms: folds
Bobslack: folds
Secrets: folds
A6_silver: folds
----- FLOP ----- [Ts 9h 2h]
Madmav: bets $9.50
Sux0r: calls $9.50
harmonix: folds
kiffy: folds
----- TURN ----- [Ts 9h 2h][Ac]
Madmav: bets $16
Sux0r: calls $16
----- RIVER ----- [Ts 9h 2h Ac][4c]
Madmav: bets $20
Sux0r: calls $20
----- SHOW DOWN -----
Madmav: shows [Jc Ks 8h Jd] (A Pair of Jacks, Ace high)
Sux0r: shows [Jh 8d Tc As] (Two Pairs, Aces and Tens, Nine high)
Sux0r collects $97.50 from Main pot

Then came this hand #3

Game #3105765734: Omaha PL ($0.50/$1) - 2006/07/24 - 15:42:39 (ET)
Table "Bramble" Seat 9 is the button.

Seat 5: A6_silver ($185.50 in chips)

----- HOLE CARDS -----
dealt to Sux0r [5c 7s 7d 8d]
ZMZMZM: folds
Live234: folds
Secrets: folds
A6_silver: folds
Madmav: raises to $3.50
Sux0r: calls $3.50
HissyFit: folds
harmonix: folds
trawangan: folds
chaz69: calls $2.50
----- FLOP ----- [Kc 7h Tc]
chaz69: checks
Madmav: bets $11
Sux0r: calls $11
chaz69: folds
----- TURN ----- [Kc 7h Tc][2s]
Madmav: bets $33
Sux0r: raises to $100
Madmav: calls $67
----- RIVER ----- [Kc 7h Tc 2s][Kd]
Madmav: bets $122.58 and is all-in
Sux0r: ...?

With $230 in the pot already, this is giving me pretty decent odds to call. How often do you guys figure this is a bluff or his way of value betting AKxx?
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Hand converters are you friend. I would fold preflop then hammer the flop.

Converter doesn't work on crypto HH's Against a maniac I'll play for the set with any pair 55+, having the extra connecting cards helps too.

I suppose I could have hammered the flop, but I wanted him to fire again on the turn (which he does almost always if just called).

I still fold preflop. A shitty hand is still a shitty hand.

If this was Omaha 8 then against maniacs I am living a dream. Your goal is to wait for the nasty draw/made hand and then push there.

Being this is Omaha Hi I would essentially wait for the premium Ten Point hands ( AJsATs, AKsAQs, AKsAKs etc...) and once flopped my wraparound straight draw/Top Set/Flush Draw/etc I would drop the hammer then.
