The limp was OK.
You REALLY should have bet the flop. The rest of the hand would have played a bit different with you losing to a flush anyway.
MODS: move to LHE forum please.

Raise preflop since you have good position, rep the flop. Be wary of any action, if you get a call you still have outs if you are behind, and they might be drawing. If you are content with limping in that position bet the turn harder since you probably have the best hand and would want to keep any draws out.

I would most likely raise this preflop, bet the flop, and go from there. Checking this flop gives you no information and reduces your odds to call later streets. Someone betting that blank turn card usually has a weak ace, whiffed a flop c/r or a flush draw. With the pot that small, I would fold. Your 10s are not outs, you really need a non diamond queen or king to win this hand IMO. I would treat this hand like a gut shot and gettting 5.5 to1 on the turn is not good enough. Marinal hands in small pots kill your winrate.

you had position on the flop. gotta bet it with second pair. you probably have the best hand at that point. unless someone checkraises.

I call/raise preflop depending on the table. Bet the flop here. Dont give free outs.

I am going with call preflop, bet the flop, raise the turn, call the river.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
