Say you raise with AQs from the blind with a few limpers and get calls all around

Flop is something like

44Q rainbow

How do you progress?

I bet out and usually get called on the flop. When I bet a blank turn and get raised what should I do?

Betting out is a good idea. However, on all paired boards you run the risk of some one else having trips.

A raise on the turn generally means trips. You should check call it down. A raise on the would do nothing but increase your varience.

I have a saying: when in doubt, call her down (and remember the reasons why you like LHE).
