I don't play a lot of Omaha but jump in once in awhile for a change of pace. Plus it can be a good TILT killer.... with so many draws just bet, bet ,bet.....

$5.00 SNG Omaha HI/LO.

Am I missing something here? I know I played the hand terribly and shouldn't have even been in it but it was late and I was down so I said WTF.. but did'nt expect this......

With this hand I went on to win the thing... but I actually folded the next hand in disbelief... thought it was some "cult" Omaha trick??
Why is it a penny for your thoughts but
you have to put your 2 cents in??

Why did you call it down in the first place?

Fold pre-flop.

Fold the flop.

Fold the turn.

Fold the river.

Fold fold fold.

No offense, Monty, but nothing you did in this hand makes a lick of sense to me. The play of your opponents is only slightly less inexplicable. Your starting hand is *terrible* and not one thing that happened on the board changed that.

Man, are all of y0u Omaha guys so serious?!?!?

Like I said, I knew I shouldn't have played it in the first place, It was late
I just took a bad beat a few hands before to loose my wire to wire chip lead. ( quads beat my boat ).

I was looking for comments on the other two folding to my only bet on the river with a 1/4 of the BB?? Thats not odd??

This is like calling a raise preflop in Holdem with 2-7 offsuit, except in holdem you generally have any easier time bluffing after the flop.

They were evidently both on low draws that missed. Their plays are not that crazy.
