I was wondering of somone could tell me why I didn't win the low here?

I got into a game by accident and was playing for the low here... I'm not concerned about play or anything, just wondering what was wrong with my thinking. I thought 23457 would qualify.

Dealt to Hero [8h 2d 4s 3s]
*** RIVER *** [Kd 5h 9h 5d] [7s]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
Hero: shows [8h 2d 4s 3s] (HI: a pair of Fives)
No low hand qualified

A low hand must be 5 different cards 8 or lower

Its Omaha so 3 from the board must play and 2 from your hand
Therefore, the lowest you could have made was:

97532

It's impossible to have a low hand with only 2 low cards on the board.

Like was already stated... you have to use two of the cards dealt to you.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

This is why exclusively hold em players hate omaha. They feel as if they're restricted to just 2 cards in their hand. This usually leads to a lot of chip spewage because 2 pair isn't that good anymore etc.
