Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 7, 7.
UTG calls, Hero calls, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (7 SB) 7, 2, 2 (7 players)
SB bets, BB folds, UTG calls, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP3 calls, CO calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 5 (5 players)
SB bets, UTG folds, Hero calls, MP3 raises, CO calls, SB calls, Hero 3-bets, MP3 calls, CO calls, SB calls.

River: (18 BB) J (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP3 folds, CO calls, SB calls.

Final Pot: 21 BB

Results in white below:
SB has 7s 5d (two pair, sevens and fives).
Hero has 7h 7d (full house, sevens full of twos).
CO has 2c Kc (three of a kind, twos).
Outcome: Hero wins 21 BB.

yep, hands like that will play themselves pretty much on a loose table.

i've flopped 4 aces before and had 3 people cap the turn and river for me.

Yeah, I often play this flop fast. Playing it fast works at a lot of lower limit games, but into the 3/6, 5/10 and up I think you need to slow play the flop here and there.

In my experience, playing this flop fast works in the higher limits because no one will put you on the the big hand. They will have expected you to slowplay it. The converse of this is I have won more than a few pots with checkraise bluffs on the turn in $10/$20 cash games when the flop comes down like this.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I had a very similar hand tonight. Was hoping the flush draw might come through...

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 6, 6.
2 folds, MP1 calls, 2 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 3, 3, 6 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, MP1 folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (2.50 BB) T (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River: (6.50 BB) J (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls.

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

Results in white below:
BB has 4d 4s (two pair, fours and threes).
MP2 doesn't show.
Hero has 6h 6d (full house, sixes full of threes).
Outcome: Hero wins 8.50 BB.

BB is an idiot for calling that down, hence I'm more inclined to raise the flop or river.
