how do you guys memorize everything reading WLLH and SSH when you play?

any good suggestions or tips?

because at times it seems hard to take stuff you read and then do it in the game? sometimes you have to thimk and there not much time per hand online..

I remember when i first started to read WLLH within 1 month i had probably read it 2-3 times, after a while it starts to stick

just keep re-reading the sections you are unsure about.
Poker is all about the long long long long long long long term . . .
