2 rotations with villian here "Button" So far his play has been typical loose passive. Cold calling A6o type stuff.
Do I pay him off?

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I'm not three betting, but a call is good.

When I'm on my A game I sometimes find a fold here.

This is what I have difficulty doing. I paid this off in an SNG even. Here I really need to learn to see this fold.

I'm of the opinion that if you never called a weak player running a call, call, raise line in an under 10BB pot without a nut-like hand, you'd probably save a few bucks.

You still have to be careful. They expect you to call 100% of the time. They would never fold and the pot odds say you have to call this a lot. So after making a laydown like this, I will call the next one down because the odds they're making a play are much higher. Had this exact thing happen in a live game last weekend. After making a marginal lay of a set onthe river, I draw a nice little river bluff from the same guy an orbit later. He left the table one orbit after that...
