2 hands from B&M yesterday. lost -100 bb total in last 4 days.

------------------------
1) do i raise the flop ?? I have the nut flush draw and I am first to act after MP1 s bet. cant raise here can I ? I want people in NOT OUT. However If i had raised, maybe sb would have 3 bet and mp1 might have folded. MP1 is HUGE CALLING STATION. SB is LA.

MP1 shows 7-7
-----------------------------------------------------
2) I waited till the turn to raise against a safe card. I was hoping that someone will bet the turn and I get to raise to knock out some people.
Hero is 9-9 in Button.

Preflop: UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 calls,MP1 calls, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

Flop: 2h-3s-8s

another hand with same MP1 (old lady) who apparently pushed me off the best hand. I raised from Button again with Ac-Ks

flop: 4-5-7
MP1 bets and i call and 4 others call

Turn is no help. 4-5-7-Q and I dont have a backdoor draw. MP1 bets again I fold and only one person calls.

River is checked. MP1 shows A-3 and wins with Ace high.

Hand 2: STBY. Bet the flop.
Hand 3: STBY. Dont be results oriented. Good fold.

you're lucky they forgot to hit raise again on the river on the first hand.

bet the flop on the 2nd hand.

raise the flop on the 3rd for a free turn card.

Delete this concept from your memory banks. It's not useful if you don't understand why to use it and when to use it. You're not giving up a lot if you ignore it, but you're giving up a ton if you misapply it.
TylerK: its just gambling if i want to worry about money i'll go to work lol

Yes. Waiting for a safe card there is horrid. Anything higher than a 9 is a BAD card for you. Cram it while ya got it.

1. Raise the Flop

2. Raise Preflop and the Flop

3. Raise the Flop or fold

As TylerK said you are misapplying the concept of raising the turn on a safe card. Re-read SSHE on this concept to see when you would use it.
