I don't have PT so I don't know my VP$IP but I do know that I am usually between 30-40% of flops seen on Dises 5 max tables, and usually closer to the 30% figure on Stars 6 max tables.

Sorry, wasn't sure whether to post in LHE or short handed.
Yeah, Demi laughed at me because my vp$ip was too low yesterday in my first session of it, around 17%. Today my overall vp$ip has increased to 21%, so I'm getting there...

21 isnt bad. I was over 25% for a while and all it did was serve to send my variance through the roof

I'm at 28% VP$IP.
But 21/16 is this best to start out with. If you find that style too tight then you can start adding hands from there

you mean 16% PFR? That's a little aggro.
I run about 29/15 at 6 max.
I think a tight agreesive player should be around 22/12.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I run 12% PFR at a full table. That's downright passive.

Yeah it is. Over my entire 5/10 6max career, (including the initial the learning curve) I run 25/17. This month, (where I feel my play is solid and I'm running 2bb/100) its 24/15.
However, note that 6max is about exploitation, and your vpip can change drastically depending on something as simple as who is sitting on your right.
