I asked this in response to another post in the high stakes forum and thought I'd ask it here for a wider audience.
I only have about 11k hands experience in 5/6 max, and am wondering if any of you more experienced players have a comment on this. I usually open raise Axo from the CO. Problem is, at many tables the button will cold call me often and I don't get the button as often as I would like. So, the question is, If the Button is cold-calling my raises 30-40%+, should I be tightening up on the offsuit Aces in the CO? And if so, how much? I am thinking maybe A7 or A8? If I limit it to A8 or better, and he is cold calling any A, I dominate him slightly more than he dominates me.

Yup. Cold callers on your left suck. Suck. Suck. New table time.

I don't see why one cold caller on your left necessarily means moving to a different table. That still might be the best table out there. Suppose the 2 players on your right are playing 80/5. The cold caller and the guy to his left are both 45/5. Sounds like a great table to me. Why is the cold caller that bad? He is after all making a big mistake over and over. Does anyone have an opinion on what to do about it if I stay at the table?
