Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A. CO posts a blind of $3.
1 fold, MP raises, CO (poster) 3-bets, Hero calls, SB calls, 1 fold, MP caps, CO calls, Hero calls, SB calls.

Flop: (17 SB) 9, 8, 2 (4 players)
SB checks, MP bets, CO calls, Hero raises, SB folds, MP 3-bets, CO caps, Hero calls, MP calls.

Turn: (14.50 BB) J (3 players)
MP bets, CO raises, Hero calls, MP 3-bets, CO calls, Hero calls.

River: (23.50 BB) 2 (3 players)
MP bets, CO calls, Hero raises, MP 3-bets, CO folds, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 30.50 BB

Results in white below:
MP has 8c 8d (full house, eights full of twos).
Hero has Ah Ac (two pair, aces and twos).
Outcome: MP wins 30.50 BB.

I really don't like my play here on this hand. I was trying to be fancy preflop on only calling with my Aces and not raising although it got capped for me. And the river raise was pretty dumb, I thought for sure he had overpair. Although, I doubt any way I played this hand the outcome would have came up different (obviously), but I would have lost probably 1 less BB.

Not sure if you want comments here but here goes.

I would have capped PF. Capped the flop, and I would call down the turn/river. I see you saving 3-4BB by playing a more "standard" AA.

I just made a thread about AA aggression, but here i'd cap pf and flop, then call down as it's very clear I'm the one on a draw. I wonder what CO had?

Raising the turn here almost guarantees a 3 bet from a set or a flush

Meh, you thought you had a read and swung for fences on the river. With 2 guys in the hand to pay you off it's not a horrible play. Don't beat yourself up over this one...
