Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, 9. UTG posts a blind of $2. MP2 posts a blind of $2.
UTG (poster) checks, 1 fold, MP1 calls, MP2 (poster) checks, 1 fold, Hero completes, BB raises, UTG calls, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 7, 9, A (6 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, UTG calls, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (9 BB) Q (5 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, UTG folds, MP2 calls, Hero calls.

River: (12 BB) T (4 players)
Hero...?
