Assuming you are seriously asking

1. Playing 1 way starting hands is usually a bad idea, however playing good low hands is better then playing good high hands since low hands have potential to turn into high hands
2. Omaha hi-lo is more of a postflop game then holdem, since a lot of starting hands run relatively close in value. However in tournaments (especially in turbo ones) picking up the blinds and antes with a quality hand is usually a good deal, so opening the pot with A2 with a raise is not a bad policy, if you pick up the blinds its good, if you get called you have a decent chance at 1/2 a pot at least

the big thing to think about with starting hands in plo8 is that you want to have at least high like aa23would be a strong hand suits are good but not really only a small % the make and you dont want to be chasing in plo8 you want to be the one laying the traps nlhe way different game involes more thinking then plo8 simple once you understand the game i guess for some poepl thing are easier to you mainly playing hands that are all ready made you dont want to let people catch so you bet hard and high and min rasie is usally a person with weak hand in plo8

i play a lot of o8 and A2 are 2 cards i love to hold depending on what my other 2 cards are. if my A is suited with another hole card or i have 3 or more wheel cards i am liking my hand. unsuited with a 9 i will let go preflop in early position. like stated above, A2 is has high possibilities also because of the wheel draw so your not necessarily just playing for half the pot.

Omaha is NOT a game of luck , I rate myself as a very good Omaha HILO player 90% of my activity is on Omaha HILO and here is a good advice never raise in a tourney pre flop even not with A 2 3 I dont know why the software on every site dont like it the only hand i raise pre flop is AA2 or AA3 and when the tourney is on final table AA 4 , i play super tight but for me it pays off I won a couple of good Mtts on Stars and FT and in the Ongame network, especially on Stars its a good tactics to just call and only raise when u have safe hand
