it's okay to fold sets sometimes, especially bottom set.

here though, I would go all in.

We're not deep enough to fold I don't think, and there are lots of hands that will make that move that don't have you beat. top 2 pair definitely does raise pot there, as do the straight wraps and the combinations of 1 pair + straight draw and 2 pair + straight draw. You've also got one of the tens anyway.

It's not that unlikely he shows you 99 here, but on balance I would just shove it in

well whatever he's got I don't think you're behind.

I don't think you need to worry about folding middle sets yet. I'd be more concerned about those unimproved pocket Ks

Strangely he had top set for AA... dunno why he played it so passively post flop. Some players at 50nl seem to only want to go all in with the nuts, with no real concept of hands being defined on the flop.

If I was him I'd shove the turn....

what do you mean on the first hand by shoving it for balance? I dont like shoving without being able to put someone on a range...

At .25/.50 and below, when I have a set and no straight or flush is possible, I would never fold unless I had a read (namely one that villain was very passive and the only hand he would be playing that aggressively was a better set).
